Kathleen Elaine Horne

    Kathleen Elaine Horne, 71 of Carbondale, went to her eternal rest on Friday, January 13, 2023 at her home after a short illness. She was born February 18, 1951 in Avon, Il. to Richard Irvin Horn, Sr. and Harriett Rose Jennings.

    She was professionally a bookkeeper, banker, loan officer, housekeeper and assistant. She was a kind soul who enjoyed her congregation, helping others and was a truly dedicated pet parent.

    She is survived by her mother and one Brother, Richard Irvin Horn, Jr. of Gilbert, AZ and two nieces, Stephanie Veronica Rose Horn Hannah and Alecia Rebecca Horn of Ventura, CA. She was preceded in death by her Father and one sister, Christine Marie Siebersma of Moline, IL.

    Cremation arrangements are being handled by Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. A life celebration service is planned for a later date.
