James Michael "Mike" Cook
Obituary
James Michael “Mike” Cook, age 74 of Anna, died Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at his home. He was born on August 6, 1948 in Anna, the son of Lawrence W. and Jewell J. (Noble) Cook.
Mike is survived by his daughter, Michaela (Josh) Ames; a grandson, Walker James Ames; two brothers, Larry and Roger Cook; good friends, Jeff and Kim Hickam and Mike Broadway; nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Betty Allen and Wilma Lacy.
Mike served his country in the United States Navy. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
There will be no services held at this time. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Mound City National Cemetery. Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna is in charge of arrangements.
