Zetta E Ramsey

    Zetta E. Ramsey, age 92, died Friday, May 1, 2026 at The Voyage Senior Living of Anna. She was born September 9, 1933 in Wetaug, the daughter of Tilden B. and Ruth (Lentz) Crader. On April 19, 1952, she married Arence Ramsey, Jr. He preceded her in death on July 17, 1986.

    Zetta was a former member of the First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. She worked as a bank teller at AJ National Bank in Anna for over fifteen years.

    Zetta is survived by her daughter, Lisa Smith of Cape Girardeau, sons, Stacey (Susan) Ramsey of Jonesboro and Randy Ramsey of Anna; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arence Ramsey, Jr., sons, Alan Wade and Rick Ramsey; daughter, Teressa Peters; grandson, Scott; great-grandson, Sebastian; brothers, Don, Hugh, Linus, and Bill Crader, and sisters, Helen Stevens and Hazel Youngblood. She will be dearly missed.

    Graveside services will be held for the family at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2026 at the Jonesboro Cemetery. Interment will follow.
