Vicky Lee Arnold

Vicky Lee Arnold, age 71 of Anna, died Friday, December 13, 2024, at her home. She was born on July 22, 1953, in Anna, the daughter of William "Deak" and Helen (Fuller) Arnold.

Vicky is survived by her daughter, Kerry Arnold of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Natalie Lorenz-Metzger, Jennifer McPherson and Zackery Lorenz; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Eli, Andromeda, Kyla and Kenzie; sister, Connie Arnold of Anna; special niece and caregiver, Jackie Penrod of Jonesboro; numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Darlene Turner and Cathy Evans.

Vicky proudly served her country in the United States Navy. Her time there instilled within her a love of traveling. She took trips to Israel and Alaska as well as taking her nieces and nephews on many trips to Six Flags. She enjoyed all types of needlework and was a voracious reader. She also served as a Girl Scout leader, mentoring her family and many others. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Funeral services for Vicky Lee Arnold will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Interment will follow in Big Creek Cemetery. Graveside military rites will be conducted by the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna and the United States Navy Honor Guard. Visitation will take place from 10:00am until the service hour at noon on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna. Envelopes are available at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home.
