Vickie Baggett

Vickie Baggett, age 61 of Makanda, died Monday, February 19, 2018 in Barnes - Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She was born November 4, 1956 in Anna, the daughter of Richard Lee and Barbara (Wright) Brewer. Vickie is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Bill) Patula of Marion and Becky Baggett of Makanda; grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Joseph and Sarah; brothers, Mike (Grace) Brewer of Makanda, Danny Brewer of Makanda and Pat Brewer of Makanda; other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Candice "Candi" Clover. Vickie worked as an LPN home health nurse. In her spare time she enjoyed working with leather and beads, finding old home sites and digging for old treasurers. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Funeral services for Vickie Baggett will be at 12:00 noon Thursday, February 22, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden with Dennis Nance officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Makanda.
