Trudi A. Hunter

Trudi Hunter, age 63 of Anna, died on Thursday, November 14, 2019 in the Herrin Hospital in Herrin. She was born August 28, 1956, in Elgin, the daughter of William "Bill" C. and Eleanora (Taormina) Stubbs. Trudi enjoyed reading, painting and anything to do with art. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Trudi is survived by her son, Vernon Hunter of Anna, daughter, Emily Hunter of Anna; grandchildren, Milla Hunter and Lela Messamore; siblings, Becky (Donnie) Winn of Fresco, TX, William "Bill" (Tammy) Stubbs of Jasper, IN, and Janet Clayton of Nashville, TN; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Thomas Stubbs. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery in Jonesboro. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the service hour of 1:00 p.m. at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Memorials can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
