Tony Lee Coryell

    Tony Lee Coryell, 76, a lifelong resident of the area, passed away peacefully at his home and was welcomed into the Gates of Heaven on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. He was born on November 23, 1949. Tony was a man who was dedicated to his family. He was a loving husband and a devoted father.

    Tony is survived by his loving sister, Linda and her husband Bon Reynolds, and their daughter, Jennifer Montoyo. He is also survived by his loving wife, Donna K. Coryell.

    Tony’s memory will be cherished by his children; sons, Tony Lee Coryell, Jr. and William “Billy” May; daughters, Jessica Coryell, Jamie Blevens and Dianna May; grandchildren, Rusty Coryell, Bam Smith, Morgan Smith, Morgan Blevens, Colton Ford, Kaylee Ford, Jessica, Katie, Kimmy, Nikki Blevens, Austin, Riley, Kindal, Nathan, DJ, Joey, Alexa, Devon and Tessa Blevens. He was preceded in death by his son, Carl Franklin Coryell and his brother, Carol Coryell. He will be laid to rest by both at the Jonesboro Cemetery.

    Tony will be missed more than words can explain, but his family finds comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain or suffering.

    Graveside funeral service for Tony Lee Coryell will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2026 at the Jonesboro Cemetery with Rev. Bon Reynolds officiating. Graveside military honors will be performed by the Army National Guard Funeral Honors Team and the Caroll P. Foster Post 3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna. Memorial contributions can be made to Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
