Steven Roy Mowery

Steven Roy Mowery, age 58 of Jonesboro, died at 7:15 am, Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Union County Hospital in Anna. He was born November 23, 1951 in Anna, the son of Leroy C. and Elois (Mowery)Mowery. Steven was a member of the Anna Moose Lodge and Teamsters Local #347. Survivors include his mother, Elois Mowery of Jonesboro; two sons, Chad (Katy) Mowery of Anna and Clint (Cheryl) Mowery of Mackinaw, IL; four grandchildren, Grace Mowery, Beckham Mowery, Chloe Mowery and Cheyenne Mowery; one brother, Glenn (Ludena) Mowery of Morris, IL; one sister, Karen Biggs of Dallas, TX, other relatives and many friends. Steven was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Mowery and one son, Kyle Mowery. Funeral services for Steven will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 10:00 am at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Pastor Tim Heinecke officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 from 5:00 until 8:00 pm. Interment will be in the St. John's Cemetery in Dongola. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John's Cemetery and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
