Stanley C. Hileman

Mr. Stanley C. Hileman, age 73 of Jonesboro, died Wednesday, September 26, 2012 in the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born August 13, 1939 in Mill Creek, the son of Lowell and June Powles Hileman. He married Peggy Henderson on July 30, 1966 in Anna. Stanley is survived by one daughter, Shanna Pender of Jonesboro; one son, Shane (Kisha) Hileman of Jonesboro; six grandchildren, Alexa Hileman, Chase Hileman, Ryan Hileman, Nathan Hileman, Trey Pender and Jaycee Pender; mother in law, Lillian Henderson; four brothers, Gerald (Charlene) Hileman, Dale (Jackie) Hileman, Roger Hileman and Kevin (Beth) Hileman all of Jonesboro; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Peggy Hileman. Stanley was a member of the Mill Creek Lutheran Church and he attended the First Lutheran and St. John's Lutheran Church in Dongola. Stanley was retired from the Bunny Bread Company in Anna. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, tractors and farming. Funeral services for Mr. Stanley C. Hileman will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Rev. Tim Heinecke officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
