Stacy J. (Reichert) Bennett

Stacy J. Bennett, age 61 of Cobden, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born on December 23, 1961 in Joliet, the daughter of Samuel L. and Shirley (Miller) Reichert. She married Ed Bennett on August 18, 1984.

Stacy is survived by her husband, Ed Bennett of Cobden; three sons, Edwin "Scott" (Megan) Bennett of Cape Girardeau, Samuel "Bo" (Bethany) Bennett of Cobden and Steven "Mikey" Bennett of Anna; four grandchildren, Ella, Lane, Reichert and Connor Bennett and one more on the way. She is also survived by a sister, Sharon Reichert of Arizona and a brother, Scott Reichert of Herrin, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Samuel Reichert II.

Stacy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her favorite times were spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

A memorial gathering to honor and celebrate the life of Stacy Bennett will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. In lieu of flowers, the family requests your prayers.
