Sharon M. Riley

     Sharon M. Riley, age 76 of Anna, passed peacefully Monday, June 8, 2026. She was born January 28, 1950 in St. Genevive, MO. the daughter of Clarence W. and Mary Jane (Linderer) Schwent. She married Jerry D. Riley Sr. on March 10, 1973. He preceded her in death November 29, 2019.

     Sharon is survived by her daughter, Robin (Terry) Hamel of Anna, two sons, Dean (Ashlee) Sucher of Cape Coral, FL and Jerry D. Riley Jr. of Festus, MO; five grandchildren, Lisa Hughes, Nikki Grant, Chris and Harley Sucher, and Myles Riley; two great-grandchildren, Riley and Kinley Hodges; brother, Robert Schwent of St. Petersburg, FL; other extended family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jerry D. Riley Sr.

     Sharon dearly loved spending time with all her family, especially her grandchildren. For many years she ran a home daycare and later for Big Lots until her retirement. She will be dearly missed.

     There will be no services at this time. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery at a later date.
