Scott Brothers

Mr. Scott Brothers, age 43 of Wolf Lake, died at 4:57 p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2016 in the Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. He was born September 21, 1972 in Stuttgart, Germany, the son of Robert and Becki (Clark) Brothers. Scott is survived by his loving mother, Becki (Tommy) Smith of Cobden; sons, Daniel Brothers of Cambria, and Dakoda Brothers of Eustace, Texas; step-children, Wyatt Hasslebrock and Collin Hasslebrock both of Grand Tower; brother, Bobby Brothers of Pinckneyville, IL; grandmothers, Agnes Clark and June Brothers both of Cobden; aunts and uncles, Sharon Harward, Phyllis (Ed) Grisham, Dean (Nikki) Clark, and Steven (Joanie) Brothers; many cousins; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; grandfathers, Milburn Clark and Bill Brothers; and grandmother, Mary Brothers. Scott was a skilled mechanic, he worked as a mechanic at BSB Logistics. He loved his pets and building race trucks. He will be missed by his family and friends. Memorial services for Scott Brothers will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2016 in the First Baptist Church in Cobden with Rev. Matt Hartline officiating.
