Russell H. Miller

Mr. Russell H. Miller, age 81 of Anna, died at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Anna Rehab and Care Center Anna. He was born September 14, 1931 in Anna, the son of Benjamin A. and Sibyl Lence Miller. He married Sandra Sue Rhodes on June 19, 2007 in Anna. She preceded him in death on May 27, 2009. Russell is survived by his sister, Margie Kimbro of Anna; one niece, Debbie (Ken) Morrissey of Sarasota, FL; and two nephews, Ben (Tracie) Smith of Cedar Hill, TN and Fred (Sandy) Proctor of Anna. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Sandra Sue Miller. Russell was a member of the Cobden Lions Club, the Anna Jonesboro Elks Lodge #1641, the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna and the DAV in Murphysboro. Russell proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Funeral services for Mr. Russell H. Miller will be held privately. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cobden Lions Club. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
