Ronny L. Hancock Sr.

Ronny L. Hancock Sr., age 71 of Jonesboro, died Monday, January 13, 2020 at his home. He was born October 11, 1948, the son of Gus and Dora G. (Smith) Hancock. He married Dora J. Davis and she preceded him in death on November 18, 2005. Ronny is survived by his children, Danny (Carol) Hancock and Ronny (Tammy) Hancock both of Ware; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, William R. Hancock of Clarkston, WA; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Jeremy D. Hancock. Ronny was an over the road truck driver for many years. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He honorably served his country in the United States Army. Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Rev. Danny Jones officiating. Interment will be in Busby Cemetery.
