Robert G. "Bud" Easterly

Robert G. "Bud" Easterly, age 77 of Anna, died Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the Herrin Hospital. He was born June 1, 1942 in Gorham, Illinois, the son of Gilbert and Virginia (Cavaness) Easterly. Robert is survived by his children; Kevin (Ilse) Easterly of Dongola, Lori (Jerry) Astin of Dongola, Richard "Wayne" Easterly of Anna, and Jamie (Tom) Robertson of Anna; brother, Darrell Knight of Marion, Texas; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and one on the way; other family and friends. He was preceded by his parents; brother, David Cecil Knight; sister, Geraldine "Jerri" Langham. Robert had a love for fishing and was a devoted St. Louis Cardinals fan. He worked as a water tower painter. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2019 in the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Rev. Richards Reynolds officiating.
