Richard Seward

Mr. Richard Seward, age 49 of Jonesboro, died at 2:13 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at his home. Richard was born July 11, 1968 the son of Larry and Elizabeth (Seward) Wheaton. Richard is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. He worked as a tech at Choate Mental Health. He served his country in the United States Army. Richard was a gun enthusiast and a very health conscious person. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 25, 2017 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home of Anna with Greg Wheaton officiating. Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. and until the service hour at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Graveside military rites will be conducted by the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna and the Illinois Army National Guard Funeral Honor Team of Marion.
