Phyllis Ann Smith

Ms. Phyllis Ann Smith, age 65 of Cobden, died at 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2014 in the Anna Rehab and Nursing Center. She was born April 8, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Herbert and Ila Lee Watson Smith. Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Richard) Clark of Cobden; three grandchildren, James, Bridget and Amber Clark; one great-granddaughter, Jaydin Lynn Clark; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. According to her wishes, Ms. Phyllis Ann Smith will be cremated. Private family burial will be held in Arkansas at a later date.
