Norma Edwards

Norma Edwards, age 80 of Olmsted, passed away Monday, October 5, 2020 at her home.She was born on November 22, 1939 in Makanda the daughter of Homer and Sibyl (Smith) Jones. She married Richard Edwards on June 25, 1958.Norma is survived by her husband Richard of Olmsted; 2 sons, John (Trish) Edwards of Olmsted and Larry (Jeanette) Edwards of Goreville; 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Gib (JoAnn) Jones of Dongola, Wendel Jones of Anna and Jim (Bonnie) Jones of Vienna; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death her parents and 2 brothers, Clifford and Tommy Jones.There will be no public service for Norma Edwards. Family and friends are encouraged to stop by the family home at 291 Paradise Street in Olmsted to pay their respects. Interment will take place at a later date in the Olmsted Masonic Cemetery.Memorial contributions can be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and will be accepted at the funeral home.Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna is in charge of arrangements.
