Nevada J. Hileman

Nevada J. Hileman, age 85 of Anna, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born August 16, 1932 in Anna, the daughter of Roy Lee and Wilda Alma (Toler) Pratt. She married Warner H. Hileman Sr. on June 3, 1950 in Anna. He preceded her in death on December 11, 2002. Nevada is survived by her children, Jane Grear of Millersville, MO, Warner H. (Jane) Hileman Jr. of Anna, Donna (Dale) Treece of Jonesboro, Letitia (Doug) Simmons of Anna; ten grandchildren, Eric Franklin (Staci Spahr) of Bertrand, MO, Tina (Bernie) Jerolds of Jonesboro, Christine (Justin) Clutts of Cobden, Jason (Darla) Lingle of Dongola, Angie (Billy) Alsip of Jonesboro, Cecilia (Chris) Keller of Anna, Clifton (Shannon) Bryan of Alto Pass, Rebecca Bryan of Buncombe, Emily Grear (Joe Raper) of Las Vegas, NV, and Sarah Grear (Tom Chung) of Alhambra, CA; fourteen great grandchildren; one brother, Roy Amos (Ruth) Pratt of Lick Creek; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Warner H. Hileman Sr.; two sisters, Dorothy Homes and Barbara Barker; son in law, Sam Grear. Nevada was a member of the Anna First Baptist Church. She loved reading her bible, crocheting and caring for children. Her family referred to her as their prayer warrior. Funeral services for Nevada J. Hileman will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 28, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Kim Capel officiating. Interment will be in the Casper Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 Saturday, July 28, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to Teen Challenge International or the First Baptist Church of Anna.
