Nellie Marie Hall

Mrs. Nellie Marie Hall, age 93 of Anna, died at 9:05 p.m. Sunday, May 25, 2014 at her home. She was born February 16, 1921 in Harco, the daughter of Frank and Bertie Capel Lewis. She married Paul Gene Hall on December 28, 1939 in Harrisburg. He preceded her in death on January 18, 1978. Nellie is survived by one son, Larry Sr. (Cynthia) Hall of Jonesboro; one daughter, Kathy (Brent) Hileman of Jonesboro; one daughter in law, Jerrine Hall of Carmi; six grandchildren, Jeanie (Bob) Wright, Barbara (Phil) Hopper, Larry Jr. (Kathleen) Hall, Stephanie (Bob) Wilson, Lisa (Kenny) Carter, Kellie (Chris) Lingle; eighteen great-grandchildren, Diana (Scott) Adams, Aaron Wright, Joshua Hopper, Daniel (Hannah) Hopper, Rebecca and Rachel Hopper, Alex and Matthew Hall, Rylee Butler, Gabrielle and Johnathan Waite, Sage (Caleb) Mitchell, Ross and Reed Wilson, Carson and Cole Carter, Nicholas and Addison Lingle; three great-great-grandchildren, Max and Avery Adams, Javan Mitchell; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Gene Hall; one son, David Hall; one great grandchild, Amy Wright; and two sisters, Ruth Caise and Mary Hall. Nellie was a very active member of the Anna First Baptist Church. She was retired from Choate Mental Health and Development Center. She will be dearly missed and remembered by all who knew her. Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Marie Hall will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2014 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Les Sinks officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to the Anna First Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
