Nadine Ruth "Honey" Campbell, age 91, of Anna died at 5:30 a.m., Monday, March 12, 2018 in the Union County Hospital. She was born January 1, 1927 in Anna the daughter of Roy and Brooksie (Howell) Swafford. She married Homer J. "Soup" Campbell Jr. on February 29, 1948 in Tupelo, MS. He preceded her in death on July 5, 2007.She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Campbell Bible of Anna; granddaughters, Nikki Neighbors (Jason) Earnhart of Springfield and Lindsey Campbell; grandsons, Cody (Lily) Campbell and Brandon Howell; great grandsons, Drake Bible and Jace Campbell; great granddaughter, Harper Bond; other relatives and many friends.She was preceded in death by his parents; husband, Homer Campbell; son, William Billy "Soupie" Campbell; grandsons, Cody Bible and Tomy Bible.Honey worked for Florsheim Shoe Factory for several years. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, especially roses, and spending time with her family and caring for infants. Graveside services for Nadine Ruth "Honey" Campbell will be at 12:00 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Big Creek Cemetery in Dongola with the Rev. Billy Carter officiating. Interment will be in the Big Creek Cemetery. Friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
