Mildred "Millie" Etherton

Mildred "Millie" Etherton, age 54 of Westmont, formerly of Anna, died Tuesday, December 12, 2017 in the Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL. She was born July 28, 1963 in Carbondale, the daughter of Ronald Dean and Mildred Deloris (Hoyle) Stanley. Millie is survived by her son, Marcus Etherton of North Aurora; nine siblings, Rondal Dean Stanley Jr. of Cobden, Janis Lynn (Kenneth) Dunn of Murphysboro, Terry Allen (Donna) Stanley of Cobden, Julie Ann (Spencer) McDonald of Scottsbluff, NE, Karen Faye (Roger) Gardner of Jonesboro, Sheila Marie (David) Rexroat of Chesterfield, MO, Shelly Gaye Parker of Scottsbluff, NE, Juanita Lucille (Billie) Plott of Anna and Beth Renee Patterson of Ware; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Millie attended the First Baptist Church in Anna before she moved to Westmont. She was an avid reader of fiction and romance novels. She enjoyed watching movies of all kinds. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2017 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Pastor John Stanley officiating. Cremation will follow. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2017 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
