Michael Leon Hight

Michael Leon Hight, age 64 of Anna, passed away Friday, February 14, 2020 at Union County Hospital. Mike was born on March 17, 1955 in Anna to Carroll Leon and Mary Jo (Christian) Hight.Mike is survived by his mother and step-father, Mary Jo and Wayne Butler of Dongola; 1 sister, Regina (Daniel) Osman of Anna; 1 step-sister, Glenna Miller of Dongola; his nephew, Josh Osman and family Fort Mill, SC; a niece, Liza Osman of Anna; maternal aunt, Ruby Mish of DeKalb; multiple great nieces and nephews and loving friends. He was preceded in death by his father.When younger and still blessed with his vision and hearing, Mike loved to fish, drive his truck and spend time with his family. He enjoyed going to church, gospel music and was loved by all who knew him.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 18, 2020 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Pastor Pete Vinson officiating.Interment will follow in the American Legion Cemetery in Dongola.
