Mattilene "Mat" (Moore) Page

Mattilene "Mat" Page, age 93 of Anna, passed away, Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Three Springs Senior Living in Chester. She was born November 30, 1931, the daughter of James Maddison and Tommie (Tilley) Moore. She married Harold W. Page on December 30, 1948 in Piggott, AR. He preceded her in death on June 28, 2010.

Mat is survived by her son, Tommy and wife Lisa Page of Chester; four grandchildren, Amanda Page, Amy and husband Aaron Eggemeyer, Ashley and husband Luke Lochhead, and Jimmy Page; five great grandchildren, Cooper, Emma and Zane Eggemeyer, Saylor and Tommy Lochhead; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold W. Page; son, James Harold "Jimmy" Page; sister, Claudine Lovejoy; and niece, Linda Berry.

Mat was a devoted member of Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church in Anna for many years. She was active in the church choir and various other activities with her church family. Mat served as the Union County Circuit Clerk for thirty-five years until her retirement. She was very active in Union County politics during her time as Circuit Clerk.

Mat was a kind soul, she always said hello with a smile on her face, and asked how you were doing. She was a class act, never did you see her that she was not dressed to a T. Mat dearly loved her family and will be missed beyond measure.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Pastor Mark Hasty officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:00 noon and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church or Chester Memorial Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
