Mary Jane Miller

     Mary Jane Miller, age 80 of Cobden, peacefully went to meet Jesus, Friday, January 23, 2026 at Deaconess Medical Center in Marion. She was born December 20, 1945 in Anna, the daughter of Leo Wilson and LaWanda Marie (Stone) Swink. She married Larry Lee Miller on December 22, 1962.

     Jane is survived by her loving husband of sixty-three years Larry Miller; son, Kevin Miller of Anna; two daughters, Rebecca (Larry Joe) Quertermous of Cobden, and Kimberly (Jeff) Brown of Dongola; grandchildren, Ryan (Cassie) Miller of Jonesboro, Ethan (Marsela) Miller of Anna, Cyndi (Alex) Sellars of Cobden, Ty Quertermous of Cobden, Kayla Quertermous of Cobden, Steven and Micah Brown of Dongola; great-grandchildren, Emmalee, Gavin, Asher and Clayton Miller of Jonesboro, Savannah and Alaina Miller of Anna, Colton and Weston Sellars of Cobden, Preston Wren, Isabelle and Lukas Quertermous of Cobden; sisters in law, Lora Swink, Eleanor Clardy of Anna, Cynthia Hall of Cape Girardeau, MO, Betty Casey of Buncombe, Janet (Jack) Treece of Marissa, Phyllis Miller and Glena Miller both of Anna; brothers in law, Jim (Rhonda) Brumitt of Jonesboro, and Ron Driskell of Lovelady, TX; numerous nieces, nephews; other extended family and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven Lee Miller; siblings, Diane Driskell and Randy Swink; sisters in law, Joyce Miller, Donna Miller, and Ann Etta Seliger; brothers in law, Jerry Miller, Carol Miller, Jim Clardy, Max Casey, Larry Hall and George Seliger.

     Jane was a wonderful wife and mother and an outstanding grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved with her whole heart, and would have done anything for her grandchildren, especially helping referee their ballgames.

     Funeral services will be held privately for the family. Interment will follow in the Big Creek Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home or Big Creek Cemetery Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
