Mary L. Livesay

Mrs. Mary L. Livesay, age 80 of Jonesboro, died at 12:37 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016 in the Union County Hospital in Anna. She was born January 11, 1936 in McClure, the daughter of Cyril "Sandy" and Virginia (Mason) Copeland. She married Loyce J. Livesay on January 20, 1954 in Yazoo City, MS. He preceded her in death on August 17, 2004. She later married Richard Myers in Ware, IL. Mary is survived by her husband, Richard Myers; son, John (Lynda) Livesay of Witt; daughter, Sherry (Getty Abernathy) Wilson of Wolf Lake; grandchildren, Jacob Livesay and fiancé Britney Weller of Mulberry Grove, Ian Livesay of Witt, and Nikki (Toby) Stoker of Jonesboro, AR.; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, Bertha Copeland; first husband, Loyce Livesay; and grandchild, Lyndsay Livesay. Mary enjoyed flower gardening and camping. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary L. Livesay will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Rev. Jim Stamp officiating.
