Mary L. Riley

Mrs. Mary L. Riley, age 72 of Anna, died Saturday, January 6, 2018 in the Union County Hospital in Anna. She was born June 12, 1945 in Jonesboro, the daughter of David William and Mary (Jensen) Karraker. She married James R. Riley on May 5, 1961 in Anna. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, James R. Riley of Anna; four children, Cathy Ann Acosta of Chicago, James R. Jr. (Jody) Riley of Townville, PA, David (Tracy) Riley of Langhorne, PA, and Ralph Adam Riley of Anna; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; other family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mary was a faithful member of Lockard Chapel Baptist Church in Jonesboro for over twenty years. She loved to sing and regularly was the song leader for services. Mary will be dearly missed by her husband and family. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary L. Riley will be at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Rev. Jack Richardson officiating. As her wishes, cremation will follow. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
