Mark Alan Johns

Mr. Mark Alan Johns, age 48 of Jonesboro, died at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2013 in the Union County Hospital in Anna. He was born October 22, 1964 in Anna, the son of Jesse Marion and Grace Louise Walker Johns. Mark is survived by his son, Matthew Spraggs of Vienna; one grandson, Hunter Spraggs; brothers and sisters, Jesse Lee (Kim) Johns of Clinton, IL, Marion Parmly of Mt. Vernon, Linda (Gary) Faire of Jonesboro, Lonnie (Linda) Johns of Wolf Lake, Stella (Rodney) Plott of Anna, Sheila (Edward) Plott of Anna, Patsy Evans of Jonesboro, Pamla Johns of Cape Girardeau, MO, and Maxine (Don) Brimm of Anna; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Raymond and Ralph Johns. Mark attended the United Methodist Church in Anna. He loved country music, and was an avid NASCAR fan. Funeral services for Mr. Mark Alan Johns will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Danny Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Alto Pass Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
