Marion Nadine Morgan

Marion Nadine Morgan, age 86 of Buncombe, died Monday, June 20, 2022 at her home. She was born May 7, 1936 in Cambria, the daughter of Leslie and Mary Jane (Baker) Talley. She married Russell Morgan on September 3, 1955 in Ware.

Marion is survived by her husband, Russell Morgan; children, Tammy (Steve) Pearman, Cindy (Anthony) Edwards, Shari (Tim) Spurlock, and Tricia Morgan; grandchildren, Andrea (Ron) Kosydor, Jane (Andrew) Inman, Jordan Edwards, Joshua Spurlock, Lisa (Justin) Presson, and Amanda (Eric) Flamm; great-grandchildren, Taylor Ridenhour, Zachary Kosydor, Evan Inman, Sophia Nadine Flamm, and Saylor Presson; sister, Barbara Adam; special friend, Dixie Baggott; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Marjorie Olson and Robert Talley.

Marion was an avid Cardinal fan. She enjoyed watching westerns and game shows, especially Jeopardy. Marion loved the Lord and although she wasn't always able to make it to church, her heart was with the First Pentecostal Church of Goreville. Marion's family was her whole world. She especially loved her grandchildren and enjoyed attending their ball games whenever she could.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at the First Pentecostal Church of Goreville with Pastor Lex Hembree officiating. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour at 3:00 p.m. at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the church.
