Marina Favela, age 56 of Cape Girardeau, died Sunday, July 21, 2019 at the Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born December 26, 1962 in Tepehuanes, Durango, Mexico, the daughter of Fermin and Marie (Chaidez) Favela.Marina is survived by her mother, Marie Favela of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Marie Fernanda Curtis of Jackson, MO; two grandchildren; siblings, Arnold Favela of Las Vegas, NV, Apela Favela of Mexico, and Diega Favela of Las Vegas, NV; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Fermin Favela.Marina was a member of the Jesus Es El Senor United Methodist Church in Cobden.Funeral services are pending at this time.
