Margetta C. Fox Snead

Margetta C. Fox Snead passed away from natural causes August 31, 2020 at her home in Ninho do Acor, Castelo Branco, Portugal where she moved with her sons in 2017.She was born on June 20,1928 the daughter of Samuel S. And Glenna M. Fox of Anna, Illinois.She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest E. Snead.She married her high school sweetheart after graduating from Anna Jonesboro High School and moved to Evansville, IN to raise a family. At their retirement, they moved to Savannah Georgia.She was an active antique and junque collector, gardener, crafter andartist. She loved traveling and taking photos with as many free copies asshe had coupons for. She loved Portugal, sitting on the porch and theneighbors of the Village would drop off flowers and produce. She was adamant she understood every word they were saying.
