Marcia B. Tellor

Mrs. Marcia B. Tellor age 82 of Anna, died at 7:15 a.m. Thursday, September 5, 2013 in the Herrin Hospital in Herrin. She was born July 2, 1931 in Anna, the daughter of Samuel S. and Glenna M. Wilson Fox. She married Byrle D. Boyd on August 8, 1950 in Jonesboro. He preceded her in death on October 1, 1971. Marcia later married David Tellor on October 12, 1974 in Cobden. Marcia is survived by her loving husband, David Tellor of Anna; one son, Tony (Lisa) Boyd of Benton, KY; one daughter, Susan (Buddy) Hankins of Carterville; David's children, Claudine (Rick) Bruyns of Holenwald, TN, and Natalie (Mike) Butler of Greenville, SC; thirteen grandchildren, Jerry (Dawn) Boyd, Katherine (Kenny) Mason, Brett (Kelly) Hankins, Erick (Debbie) Bruyns, Abi, Katie, Ben, Nate, and Sam Bruyns, Mallory (Bruce) Jensen and Meredith Butler, Jennifer (Scott) Simp, Brandon (Malinda) Myers; seven great grandchildren, Jordan, and Damon Boyd, Sarah Mason, Addison Simp, Blake, Lexie and Kelly Myers; one sister, Margetta Sneed of Savanah, GA; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Byrle D. Boyd; and one granddaughter, Allison Boyd. Marcia was a member of the Anna First Baptist Church. She owned and operated Colleen's Clothing Store for many years and was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary in Anna. Funeral services for Mrs. Marcia B. Tellor will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Pastor Todd Hawk officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
