Lynsey Renee Steele

Lynsey Renee Steele, a life gone far too soon. Lynsey passed away August 30th, 2022 at 25 years old in Jonesboro IL. Lynsey was born July 6, 1997 in Englewood, CO. She was adopted by her grandparents, Loren and Barbara Steele at a year old and she was raised in Jonesboro, IL. Growing up Lynsey loved cheer, playing the violin, and hanging out with her friends. She aspired to be a dentist from a very early age. Lynsey was a wonderful friend and was always the one to reach out and check on you when you needed it most.

She was also a mother to a beautiful baby girl, Violet, she loved her dearly and always wanted what was best for her. Lynsey is preceded in death by her grandparents, whom she considered parents, Loren and Barbara Steele. She is survived by her daughter Violet, Siblings Mandy Hetzel, Nicholas Everton, and Dylan Everton, Biological Mother Sherri Everton, as well as all of her Aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Loosing Lynsey leaves a hole in so many hearts, she was an amazing person with a heart of gold.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 30, 2022 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
