Lynn Navin

Lynn Navin, age 83 of Riverside, California formerly of Anna, died at 1:45 am, Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at the Parkview Community Hospital. He was born on November 14, 1929 in Ware, the son of John and Anna (Boyce) Navin. Lynn married Sung Hi Pak on August 3, 1963 in Seoul, Korea. She preceded him in death on December 31, 2007. Lynn is survived by his son, David (Ruthellen) Navin of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; daughter, Michelle Beck of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA; two grandchildren, Katlin and Kelly Beck of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA;one sister, Mary Ann McLean of Margate, FL; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Sung Hi Navin; and three brothers, Bill, John and Charlie Navin. Lynn proudly served his country in the United States Army and retired after twenty seven years. He later worked in the masonary business. He was a member of the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna. Graveside funeral services for Mr. Lynn Navin will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 22, 2012 in the Jonesboro Cemetery with Rev. Paul Sadler officiating. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery with full military honors conducted by the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna and the Illinois National Guard Military Funeral Honors Team of Marion. Friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
