Lynn Heisner

Lynn Heisner, age 72 of Anna, passed away, Sunday, May 5, 2024 at the Union County Hospital in Anna. She was born August 20, 1951 in Carbondale, the daughter of Clifford Harold and Helen Louise (Richardson) Wright.

Lynn is survived by her daughter, Liberty Fawn (Richard) Newman of Anna; granddaughter, Kalyssa Spurlock (Chandler Edwards); great-granddaughter, Everly Kay Edwards; sister, Ann Lingle of Jonesboro; fur babies, M.J. and Peanut; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Penny Colleen Cowsert; sisters, Edith Wright, Barbara Wright and Kathryn Starr.

Lynn retired from SIH where she worked as the secretary for the Physical Therapy Department in Carbondale and later at the Anna location for over twenty years. She dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren, and her fur babies. She was an avid reader and supporter of any animal rescue organization.

Services will be held privately for the family.
