Loyd Neighbors

Mr. Loyd Neighbors, age 73 of Anna, died at 4:08 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2015 in the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was born May 4, 1942 in Alto Pass, the son of Dee and Ola Adams Neighbors. He married Pauline Davis in 1960 in Ware. Loyd is survived by his loving wife, Pauline Neighbors of Anna; one daughter, Melody (Bobby) Richardson of Anna; two sons, Kevin Neighbors of Springfield, MO and Scott (Sara) Neighbors of Makanda; grandchildren, Justin (Natalie) Richardson, Tonya (Clinton) Marshall, Nicholas Neighbors, Zoey Neighbors, Emily Neighbors, Lauren Neighbors, Abby Neighbors and Kooper Neighbors; great grandchildren, Amelia Marshall, Xavier and Knox Richardson; one brother, Emmit Neighbors of Tulsa, OK; three sisters, Liz McCuan of St. Louis, MO, Carolyn Granda of St. Louis, MO, and Kay Neighbors of Norman, OK; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Loyd was a member of the Dongola Pentecostal Church. He worked many years as a diesel mechanic and was an avid coon hunter. Funeral servces for Mr. Loyd Neighbors will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Derrick Townsend officiating. Interment will be in the Ebenezer Hall Cemetery in Lick Creek. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dongola Pentecostal Church. Envelopes will be available in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
