Lori Ann Mcreynolds

Lori Ann McReynolds, age 47 of Carbondale and formerly of Anna, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 5, 2010 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. She was born August 10, 1963 in Anna, the daughter of James and Linda (Swink) Craig. Lori married Rick McReynolds on March 23, 1985 in Cape Girardeau, MO. Lori was a loving mother and grandmother. She had devoted her life to caring for the elderly and disabled. Lori blessed those whose life she touched and she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her husband, Rick McReynolds of Carbondale; her mother, Linda Craig of Jonesboro; two sons, Brandon (Tasha) Craig of Carbondale and Derek (Jessica) McReynolds of East Cape Girardeau; eight grandchildren, Chasaty, Brandon, Jr., Ashley, Lucas, Dalton, Alyssa, Kaylie and Travis; one sister, Sheila (Burney) Sutton of Jonesboro; two brothers, James Craig II of Jonesboro and David "Buck" (Sondra) Craig of Anna; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, James Craig, Sr. on July 25, 1999 and her grandmother, Opal Swink in August of 2003. Funeral services for Mrs. Lori McReynolds will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 7:00 pm with Rev. Bon Reynolds officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 7, from 5 until the funeral hour at 7:00 pm. Following Lori's request, her body will be cremated. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
