Loretta Darlene Lacy

Loretta Darlene Lacy, age 65 of Alto Pass, died at 9:36 pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She was born on March 15, 1946 in Murphysboro, the daughter of Samuel and Deloris (Lingle) Davis. Darlene married Rodney Lacy on October 6, 1971 in Jonesboro. Darlene is survived by her husband Rodney of Alto Pass; four daughters, Samantha Branche of Alto Pass, Rita (Michael) Cullison of Belnap, Robin (Harold) Buchmeier of Anna and Darlene (Bobby) Lacy of Vergennes; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four sisters, Loretta Dittman of Aurora, Mary Jane Smoot of Goreville, Joyce Russo of Tamms, Mary Ann Penrod of Buncombe, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by one son, Kimmy Caraker and her parents, Samuel and Deloris Davis. Funeral services for Mrs. Darlene Lacy will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with the Rev. Paul Tirey and Rev. Austin Tweedy officiating. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Friends may call at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro on Saturday, December 5, 2011 from 5 until 8:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
