Lisa Elaine Cruz

Mrs. Lisa Elaine Cruz, age 51 of Cobden, died at 2:45 a.m. Saturday, January 14, 2017 in the Union County Hospital in Anna after fighting her battle with leukemia. She was born August 29, 1965 in Anna, the daughter of Ted and Ruth (Pearson) Turner. Lisa is survived by her fiancé, Charles Estel of Cobden; mother Ruth (Joe) Hardin of Cobden; three sons, Stephen Smith (Jamie White) of Jonesboro, Anthony Wohlwend (Maci McClendon) of Carbondale, Floyd (Rachel) Smith of Alto Pass; daughter, Jessilyn Estel of Cobden; six grandchildren; five sisters, Marilyn Smith of Cobden, Ruth (L.K.) Fisher of Lebanon, TN, Debbie (Kim) Rendleman of Elk City, ID, Diane (Chris) Melcher of Hemp Hill, TX, and Becky Dresel (fiancé Steve Cunningham) of Cascade, MT; one brother, Tim Glasco of Cobden; in laws to be, Mike (Becky) Estel of Anna; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; two special friends, Diane Wiseman and Margie Daily both of Anna; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Ted Turner; step-mother, Darlene Turner; step-father, Alfred Tellor; maternal grandfather, Willard Pearson; paternal grandfather, Everett Turner. Lisa was a member of the Women of the Moose Anna Chapter 1181 and the Immanuel Baptist Church in Cobden. She dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren and her family. Funeral services for Mrs. Lisa Elaine Cruz will be at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden with Rev. Ed Falgout officiating. Interment will be in the Casper Cemetery. Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden.
