Linda G. Jones

Mrs. Linda G. Jones, age 60 of Anna, died at 6:15 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2013 at her home in Anna. She was born January 18, 1953 in Anna, the daughter of Lester Eugene and Alma Blanche Cerny Wiley. She married Dale Jones on March 20, 1971 in Anna. Linda is survived by her loving husband, Dale Jones of Anna; one daughter, Nicole (Kevin) Tucker of Jonesboro; one son, Brian Jones of Anna; two grandchildren, Lexi and Mason Jones; twin sister, Glenda K. (Eddie) Sadler of Buncombe; brother in law, Roger (Sharon) Jones of Jonesboro; sister in law, Cheryl (Scott) Rhine of Alto Pass; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Linda was a member of the Anna United Methodist Church. For many years she owned and operated a home daycare. Over the years she became known as Maw-Maw Linda to many of the children she cared for. She dearly loved spending time with her two grandchildren, Lexi and Mason. Funeral services for Mrs. Linda G. Jones will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Pastor Brett Yates officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Friends may call after 12:00 noon and until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
