Mrs. Lillian A. Livesay, age 95 of Anna, formerly of Ware, died at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013 in the Union County Hospital in Anna. She was born April 29, 1917 in Union County, the daughter of Audrian and Mollie Morton Travis. She married Joseph D. Livesay Sr. in January 22, 1936 in Union County. He preceded her in death on July 16, 1983. Lillian is survived by her son, J.D. (Diane) Livesay of Anna; two grandchildren, Allison (John) McDougall, and Nick Livesay; two great grandchildren, Aspen and Margaret McDougall; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph D. Livesay Sr; one grandchild, Joey C. Livesay; two brothers, Fred and Billy Travis; and one sister, Hazel Adams. Lillian was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ware; the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary; and the Anna Moose Lodge # 1346. She was an avid bingo player over the years, enjoying playing with family and friends. Lillian was a cook for over twenty years at the grade school in Wolf Lake. Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian A. Livesay will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Randy Morgan officiating. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna and the Anna Moose Lodge # 1346. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
