Leetta M. Ervin

Leetta M. Ervin, age 51 of Metropolis, died Tuesday, September 3, 2019 in Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. She was born June 19, 1968 in Granite City, the daughter of Otha and Betty (Lingle) Poole. She married Jake Ervin on June 30, 2002 in Union County. Leetta is survived by her loving husband, Jake Ervin of Metropolis; daughter, Jasmine Ervin of Nashville, TN; sister, Sharon Heil of Marissa; two nephews, Craig and Keith Heil; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Nicholas Ervin; and brother, Gerald Lynn "Buddy" Poole. Leetta was a member for the Grace Church in Metropolis. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 6, ,2019 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Pastor Chris Sielbeck officiating. Interment will be in the St. John's Cemetery in Dongola. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2019 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
