Mr. Lawrence H. "Butch" Jackson, age 63 of Anna, died at 11:17 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Union County Hospital in Anna. He was born May 26, 1948 in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Christopher and Bessie Stouch Jackson. He married Nancy Lambert in Kansas City, Kansas City. Butch is survived by his wife, Nancy Jackson of Anna; one son, Mark Anthony Jackson of Jonesboro; one daughter, Joy Manning of Vienna; three grandchildren, Mark Anthony Jackson Jr., Steven Ray Jackson, Brittney D. McKinny; two sisters, Christine Jackson, Beverly Jackson both of Kansas City, Kansas; three brothers, Chris Jackson Jr., Terry Jackson, and Russell Jackson all of Kansas city; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Leslie Ray Jackson. Butch was employed at Choate Mental Health in the Dietary Department. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Funeral services for Mr. Lawrence H. "Butch" Jackson will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Tony Foeller officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted at the graveside by the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the V.F.W. in Anna and the Military Funeral Honors Team of Marion. Friends may call from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
