Larry Sadler

Mr. Larry Sadler, age 80 of Anna, died at 4:15 pm, Thursday March 26, 2015 at the Union County Hospital in Anna. Larry was born on November 27, 1934 in Ware, the son of Irvin and Velma (Wildy) Sadler. He was united in marriage to Nadine Jordan on May 23, 1992 in Golconda.Larry is survived by his wife Nadine Sadler of Anna; one son, Dale Sadler of Seattle, WA; two step-daughters, Tracy Craig of Anna and Sue (Tom) Kaufman of Jonesboro; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Freda Purcell of Plymoth, MI, Lois Cruse of Anna, Judy (Halford) Dillow of Anna, Joan Peterman of Anna, Paul (Brenda) Sadler of Dongola, Linda (Phil) Osman of Cypress and Eddie (Glenda) Sadler of Buncombe; one brother-in-law, John McCarver of Buncombe and one sister-in-law, Marilyn Sadler of Anna. Larry was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Barbara McCarver and Lola Vincent; seven brothers, Jerry "Bud" Sadler, Joe Sadler, Bill Sadler, William "Runt" Sadler, Clifford "Dick" Sadler, Daniel Sadler and James Sadler.Larry was a member of the Ware Baptist Church. He worked for the Union County Highway Department for many years as a road grader operator. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and John Deere fan. Most of all Larry loved spending time with his family and dearly loved his grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Larry Sadler will be at 10:30 am, Monday March 30, 2015 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Paul Sadler officiating. Interment will be in the Ebenezer Hall Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 until 8:00 pm, Sunday March 29, 2015 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to Jonesboro Rehab and Healthcare Center. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
