Larry Ray Reynolds

Larry Ray Reynolds, age 67 of Dongola, died Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at his home. He was born February 17, 1950 in Anna, the son of James Ray "Chris" and Catherine "Tootie" (Lindsey) Reynolds. He married Diana Christine Smith on November 25, 2000 at their home in Dongola. He is survived by his loving wife, Diana Reynolds of Dongola; son, Jason (Tracey) Smith of Jonesboro; daughters, Debra (Ed) Duck of Medina, TN, Sara (Marty) Deresinski of Floral City, FL; grandchildren, Dylan, Brett and Jack Smith of Jonesboro, Candace, Nathan and Preston Bedocs of Tennessee, Nick, Rachel, Jackson, Mason, Isabelle and Madeline Deresinski of Flora City, FL; great grandchildren, Silas, Trinity, Colton, Kaden and Braden; brother, Harry (Cindy) Reynolds of Algonquin; sister, Kristy (David)Miller of St. Charles, MO; uncle, Jack (Deloris) Reynolds of Reynoldsville; brothers in law, Mike (Shirley) Smith, Harold (Barb) Smith and Kevin Smith all of Jonesboro; sister in law, Rhonda Watkins of Wolf Lake; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Larry proudly served his county in the United States Army. He was a member of the Labors Local. He retired from Operating Engineers Local 150 in Countryside after twenty years of service.Larry loved riding horses and was a member of the Union County Saddle Club. He enjoyed riding his Harley and driving muscle cars, it was his great pastime along with deer hunting. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. Funeral services for Larry Ray Reynolds will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Pastor Tim Heinecke officiating.
