Kimberly Weldon, age 62 of Alto Pass, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. She was born August 4, 1962 in Anna, the daughter of Patricia (Gibson) and Clifford Deion Bryant.
She is survived by her mother, Patricia Bryant; son, Cherokee Weldon; daughter, Chasta Weldon, all of Alto Pass; one grandson on the way, Sebastion Deion Bigham; two brothers, Patrick Bryant and Keven Bryant; uncle, Dewey Gibson; aunt, Sharon; beloved dogs, Quisto and Salem Nagini; numerous cousins, other relatives, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Deion Bryant.
Kimberly was a member of the First Baptist Church of Alto Pass. She loved being out on the town and spending time with family and friends. She had a passion for Native American History and culture. She was also fascinated with HAM radio communication. Kimberly was a skilled crocheter, often creating hats and scarves, as well as other crafts. She saw the beauty in everything. She will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden with Pastors Danny and Davy Miller officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2025 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden. Interment will be at a later date.
