Kevin Eugene Reynolds Sr.

    Kevin Eugene Reynolds Sr., age 71 of Cobden, died Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at home with his loving family by his side. He was born December 10, 1954 in Elgin, the son of Paul Edward and Rose (Holden) Reynolds. On August 27, 1977, he married Janet Houseright.

    Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Janet Reynolds; son, Kevin Eugene, II (Samantha) Reynolds; daughter, Leah (Mitch) Belsley; eight grandchildren, Lyn Merriman, Caleb Perry, Mason and Makenna Reynolds, Parker and Fin McCann, Fin, Porter, and Beckett Belsley; brother, James (Ursula) Reynolds; sister, Karen (Roy) Burmeister; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Eddie Redman and Jeff Reynolds.

    Kevin attended the Gospel Assembly Church in Anna. He loved spending time with his family, especially his precious grandchildren. He looked forward to attending their sporting events and cheering them on. Kevin was also an avid outdoorsman and fisherman. He will be dearly missed.

    A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
