Kenneth John Franklin

Kenneth J. Franklin, age 77 of Anna, died Saturday, May 14, 2022 at his home. He was born on May 10, 1945 in Stoke-on-Trent, England the son of Arthur and Joyce (Roberts) Franklin. He married Theresa Stell on January 16, 2009. She preceded him in death on June 11, 2021.

He is survived by his children, Stuart Franklin and Joanne Clowes; step children, Carl Tripp, Jr., Valerie (Gordon) Struthers, Jeremy Stell and Scott Tripp; his grandchildren, Brittany, George, Saskia, Jack, Rhianna and Luke and numerous step grandchildren; a great granddaughter, Lola; three siblings, Pat, Allan and Linda; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Theresa.

Kenneth served his country as a member of the Royal Army Ordinance Corps. He was a member of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes. He was a family man that enjoyed spending time with those he loved as well as taking time to talk with other veterans.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2022 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home
