Kathleen Dunkin

Mrs. Kathleen Dunkin, age 70 of Makanda, died at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. She was born on June 23, 1945 in Boston, MA the daughter of Clarence W. and Helen (Bill) Vines. She married Paul Dunkin. Kathleen is survived by her husband, Paul Dunkin of Makanda; three sons, David Wayne Dunkin of Goodman, MO, Paul Warren Dunkin of Bolivar, MO, Rodney Eugene Dunkin of Seneca, MO; one daughter, Denise Schuetz of Makanda; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two brothers, Ralph Smitchell of Texas, and Syndey Smitchell of Massachusetts and other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be held privately for the family. Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna are in charge of arrangements.
