Kathleen Davis

Mrs. Kathleen Davis, age 92 of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Jonesboro, died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 2015 in the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born January 20, 1923 in Anna, the daughter of Thomas Sr. and Anna (Hale) Aldridge. She married Earl C. Hoss, he preceded her in death on February 6, 1958. Later she married Quentin L. Davis on August 8, 1959 in Anna. He preceded her in death on October 17, 2009. Kathleen is survived by her daughter, Sheila Hoss (Michael) Maguire of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; step son, Quentin Randal Davis of Jeffersonville, IN; one granddaughter, Annise Maguire; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her two husbands; one grandson, Sean Maguire; brothers and sisters, Thomas Aldridge, Pauline Clark, Marie Grammer, Clara Hellman, Paul Aldridge, William Aldridge, Millard Aldridge, Stanley Aldridge and Charles Aldridge. Kathleen was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jonesboro. She owned and operated Twins Cafe on the square in Jonesboro for many years and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. Funeral services for Mrs. Kathleen Davis will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
